Wild animals and pets

I don’t have actually a pet. My flat is too small, without playground, so we can’t have a pet. However, personally I would like to have a cat or dog or turtle. I can’t decide for one. Really I like animals. I remember some school’s friends with unusual pets. My classmate Abdul has three rodents. My friend Mariana has a little lizard. And I had, for some months, two little turtles (I don’t know if turtles are considered unusual pets).

An occasion, while I was walking in street near my house, a dog watched me. Get close and bit me in the leg. It had small, but I remember as panic. I have fear to dogs because that bit. If I could be an animal, I would like to be a cat, because are very soft and they sleep a lot.

When I was child I thought which zoo was a good idea for protect animals and, at the same time, allowed the learning of this, by citizens, specially the children, but while I grew, I understood that animals should live in their natural ecosystem, together with the zoos not always protect totally the animals (abuse, bad conditions, etc.).
